that's a great page. i love the lettering of the "brrring" set against the apartment building. just that image alone could work as an individual piece. other things i love about this page is the newcaster's hairdo and the news blurb, hah. and then yeah, the hand, too, which reminds me of hands/features drawn by judge dredd/star wars artist cam kennedy, when he gets grungy. the computer generated background meshes well with the middle panel, too, which isn't always the case in some of these vigil pieces. but yeah, this all works together with your art style in a very fun and unique way. good job, bro.
